Legal - Modern Slavery Statement
Last updated: 21 August 2026
1. Introduction
Diogenes Consulting - FZCO is below the turnover threshold at which section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires a statement. We publish one voluntarily because we think the commitment matters regardless of size. This statement covers the financial year ending 2026.
2. Our business and supply chain
We are a small independent consultancy providing management, project and IT consulting. Our supply chain is short: software and cloud services, professional advisers, travel and office services, and occasional associate consultants. We have no manufacturing or labour-intensive sourcing.
3. Our policy
We have zero tolerance for slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking in our business or supply chain. We expect the same from anyone who works with or for us, and we will end a relationship with any supplier found to be involved in such practices.
4. Due diligence and risk
Given the nature of our work we assess the risk of modern slavery in our operations as low. We nevertheless:
- engage associates directly, on written terms, at fair rates;
- use established suppliers who publish their own modern slavery commitments where they are required to;
- review this assessment annually or when our supply chain changes materially.
5. Training and awareness
Everyone working in the business is made aware of this statement and of how to raise a concern. Concerns can be raised in confidence at hello@diogenes.consulting.
6. Approval
This statement was approved by the directors of Diogenes Consulting - FZCO and will be reviewed annually.
